Institutional crypto investment gained momentum on July 14, as Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs posted over $1.2 billion in daily net inflows. Funds tracking Bitcoin added 8,958 BTC, while Ethereum ETFs brought in 68,957 ETH across key issuers.
Bitcoin ETFs Add $1.08B Led by BlackRock’s Surge
Bitcoin ETF flows topped $1.08 billion after 8,958 BTC were added to fund holdings within 24 hours. In a post by Lookonchain, BlackRock’s iShares fund contributed 8,086 BTC alone, lifting its total to 714,094 BTC worth $86.39 billion.
Other funds joined the rally. ARK 21Shares picked up 199 BTC that day, while Fidelity Wise Origin added 203 BTC. GBTC, however, lost 362 BTC during the session and saw 509 BTC leave over the week.
Smaller players such as Valkyrie, Bitwise, and Franklin Templeton showed continued interest with steady inflows. Altogether, the ten listed Bitcoin ETFs now control 1,274,642 BTC, marking a strong institutional presence.
Ethereum ETFs Record $208M Daily Allocation Spike
Ethereum ETFs saw $208.94 million in daily inflows, with 68,957 ETH added to institutional holdings. BlackRock’s iShares Ethereum Trust led the surge, adding 45,696 ETH and bringing its total stash to 2,046,777 ETH, valued at $6.2 billion.
According to a report by Lookonchain, Grayscale’s Ethereum Mini Trust attracted 7,343 ETH, while the main trust picked up 6,625 ETH. Bitwise, Fidelity, and 21Shares also posted visible gains that session.
Total Ethereum ETF holdings reached 4,492,092 ETH. This rise signals investor demand tied to staking yields, scaling plans, and ETF access.
Weekly Accumulation Highlights Institutional Momentum
Bitcoin ETF inflows reached 23,345 BTC over the last seven days, with BlackRock, Fidelity, and ARK driving the trend. These movements suggest consistent accumulation from major financial firms.
Ethereum ETFs secured 308,092 ETH this week, worth over $933 million in fiat terms. iShares led with 240,678 ETH added, strengthening its dominance among issuers. The $1.2 billion daily inflow across Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs signals accelerating institutional demand for crypto exposure.
