Chainlink, Avalanche, and Stellar have led development activity across Real World Asset (RWA) projects over the past month. Santiment’s latest GitHub-based data places these three networks at the top based on publicly tracked code events linked to active repositories.

Chainlink Holds First as Stellar Outpaces on Weekly Gains

Chainlink ($LINK) recorded 351 GitHub commits in the last 30 days, maintaining its top position in development. “Chainlink, Avalanche, Stellar, Axelar, and IOTA are the fastest developing Real World Assets,” reported santiment. LINK traded at $14.01, gaining 2.94% over the week with a $9.49B market cap.

Avalanche ($AVAX) secured second place with 183.4 notable events, while Stellar ($XLM) ranked third at 144.57. Stellar showed the strongest price movement among the top three, rising 13.94% in seven days to $0.296353. AVAX posted a 1.41% gain to $18.54 and held a $7.82B market cap.

Axelar ($AXL) moved up to fourth with 113.77 development events and rose 4.83% to $0.327. Its market cap reached $326.31M, and the project remains focused on interoperability between chains. IOTA ($IOTA) dropped to fifth with 92.4 events but still gained 5.67%, trading at $0.16704 and holding a $650.07M valuation.

Movement Across Mid-Cap RWAs

Injective ($INJ) dropped two positions to sixth, recording 85.2 GitHub events and a small daily price gain of 0.14% to $10.51. According to Santiment, it remains focused on decentralized exchange infrastructure and holds a $1.05B market cap.

Chia Network ($XCH) stayed in seventh place with 65.73 commits and a 3.18% gain to $9.71. It’s listed under blockchain network and RWA and was valued at $139.95M. Hedera ($HBAR) followed with 63.43 events, climbing 4.58% to $0.16942 and closing the week with a $1.87B cap.

VeChain ($VET) held ninth, posting 53.63 GitHub events and gaining 4.72% to reach $0.021668. It remains aligned with supply chain use cases and has a $1.58B market cap. Centrifuge ($CFG) re-entered the top 10 with 37 events, rising 1.01% to $0.193806 and valued at $108.68M.
